So the closing price of ENZC the day before the non-binding deal was announced was .0465, and yesterday's closing price was .0451; a slight decline. Correct me if I'm wrong there. Now it was said a while back that the valuation was still being discussed because of the share price, and yet despite the decline in share price, the deal is now being valued 80% higher?
