I sense a shift in conviction from the Mrge faithful. Is the lack of any talk about concessions an issue? Will this weeks adventure south of the border bring shareholders anything more than a dinner bill and a bar tab?
Personally, I would like to hear a little more chatter from Pemex about storage. Mexican government branches seem more concerned with selecting the new presidential candidates than anything else..
