You are correct. Large shareholders received ZERO notice of voting for change of control, A/S more than doubling and as far as I know never had any notice for anything for voting rights on an company agenda, policy or anything in general.

These are all unilateral BoD moves though I know in the custodial order there was supposed to be notice of shareholders meeting. None of this ever happened.

Oh well, maybe they plan on diluting much much much further just to allow common shareholder to have a larger say.

How very nice of them if this is the reason. I'd hate to think the A/S blow out was only to make room for 100's of millions of shares from toxic convertible debt and insiders compensation. That would be devastating to common shareholders.
