You point out some of the obvious and can add why broadcast your buying daily before the market even closes and state you will update each day they buy this month if you don’t want to inflate the interest and price of the stock? Then there’s the ambiguity of we’re buying $25k a month versus we’re buying 12.5 million shares a month. Which is it? Dunno.

The communication and execution is ill conceived and amateurish and buying back in-house is a terrible idea imo.

My biggest question is why are they so interested in increasing the share price when there will be no more stock issued for financing and the ceo is not converting her preferred shares anytime soon? It’s their job to sell water and make a profit and let the market decide what the pps should be.

Something is fishy but the price is going up so there’s that.
