That’s why Mitsui was listed as a “secured creditor” in the bankruptcy/CCAA proceedings. The vesting order approving the sale of the assets, including those patents, removed that security and other liens, rendering them null and void.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
