Just my opinion…..Amazon is NOT calling the shots on the settlement talks with VPLM….
1. Plaintiff friendly court
2. A judge that has a history of “encouraging “ settlements
3. Amazon facing the possibility of triple damages if case goes to court
4. Amazon facing a patent infringement lawsuit on the same patent in Europe, Brazil, India,Indonesia…….

Just seems that this is a situation of a very big door ( Amazon), swinging on a very little hinge ( VPLM)…..
