The only issue this stock has is being caught up in this CE.

It looks to me like ICOA has done all they can to address it, and has handed OTC all the documentation they should require to remove it.

The CE has little to do with the company operations/goals, and once remove I think we will see a certain upswing. Chances are some will sell at the first rise because they are tired of holding the bag.

I think the company has a good chance of building real profit the next few years if the CE comes off soon.

So I am in to stay for the long term, as I have said before.
