Breach of contract for an commercial auto lease for a company could have many valid reasons but I dont see a problem, we all have our own views.
Not sure why they didnt totally update the profile, they also have 2 CEOs listed.

Because it's a scam run by a pack of crooks.
I don't know any legit company that screws up a auto lease and gets litigated for it.
