That's the old financing plan. A lot has changed since then. They retracted that S-1, for example.

They issued the shares (O/S is 51M now), they got their cash (they had $2.3M at year end), and they started the clinicals. Now It's going to be a long wait for the clinicals to finish. They'll probably do some dilution before year end but the float is still going to be low when the FDA hype heats up next year.

GTHP is under the radar and it will stay under the radar for months. There won't be much to talk about in 2023, IMO. There might be some SMI news this year but that has never caused any excitement before, probably because SMI has yet to accomplish anything meaningful.
