I think you need to go read Martys letter again ..
And ask yourself why he would re-involve himself with this shit show...
The Only reason would be lots and lots of $$$$ ..
Most of which he probably gets via held shares at this point ..
Why step back in and risk further embarrassment ?
Not gonna happen ..
Find another way forward that doesn't involve Marty ...
