I recall that but that doesn't fly with what was said during the concall and that the data could have been released prior to instituting the so called silent period. As I stated having been witness to this cluster f!ck of a company and stock, Koos has always released a press release to highlight good data. The fact he didn't in this case most likely means the preclinical results were not good. And that leads me to the article link below. I have stated numerous times to counter to overly rosy posts claiming the IP Koos has is fail proof in curing what ever it is claimed to cure. The misleading posts ignore just how difficult it is for a therapy to actually work as evidence of the high percentage rate of failed clinical trials and that roughly 10% of all drugs/therapies tested get approved. We have seen even approved drugs get removed after approval when long term data shows their toxicity.
