Anyone else notice the name change associated with the EXBX ticker?

Thought I read somewhere that FINRA rejected the original request and that the new officers would continue pursuing the name change.

I searched the FINRA website but can’t seem to find any name change submissions for the EXBX ticker, This raises the question… is this from the original name change request or is this something new?
