You can, in fact, blame Clemons. He and his IR guy intentionally deceived the shareholders. It's not like they tried hard and failed, oh well. They literally broke the law and stole money in the form of scamming shareholders to invest, then selling out quickly and cashing out before anyone knew what was happening. Scumbag. I am glad he's dead. Karma.
