Don't get me started on why I hate index funds.
As to this one, and all others I follow for a long time before investing in, I tend to overthink them.
I also am not a trader (at least like I used to be), but I'm also a dividend guy. Hard not looking for dividends AND not trading, if you're living in the now.
If you are living off your investments, you need one or the other. ....although I have been considering some triple net real estate lately. I just do not want to be bothered by renters.
A buddy has me halfway convinced that buying warehouses and garages are the way to go.

Just my opinion, of course.
