Before any serious BO can be had the share price would have
to be a great deal higher. To get to that level AMRN management
has to make it apparent to the investment community what its strategy
is. Obviously, your find of this M&A attorney officially being intimately
involved with AMRN is a signal of what AMRN management's ultimate
intent may be. Perhaps it is in preparation for an eventual BO, Of course,
it could also be for something else not directly related to a BO. My point
here is that the share price must be much higher than it is today before
there can be any hope for a BO. One way that could be done is for AMRN
to send out subtle (or not so subtle) signals that a BO is what they want
and intend to (eventually) get.
