I'm putting a note in my outlook for next april around the 10th to see if the share price is near a high because the form 4's are going to come out for Hart and Ziebell (Represents the number of shares required to be sold to cover the statutory tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of the RSUs listed in Table II. This sale is mandated by the Issuer's election under its equity incentive plans to require the satisfaction of minimum statutory tax withholding obligations to be funded by a "sell to cover" transaction and does not represent a discretionary sale by the reporting person.)...well in 2022 and 2023 they sold those shares and soon after the share price tanked...just saying...imao...r
