Changing domicile was done and name change a formality.
Why is it an "agenda" if it's merely stating what's in disclosures.
What WILL be closely watched is Conboys involvement. He's doing podcasts stating company directions and business forecasts yet not listed as an officer or consultant??
Young CEO just his puppet?
Conboy last Public entity went bankrupt and all from his watch.
He great at marketing, videos, town meetings, radio and anywhere else he can be in limelight to stroke his ego...FACT.
Can't sell anything is his problem.
