I agree seldom a judge has the authority or jurisdiction on the day to day operation of a any company. Or to tell AMC management what they can or can not do with their shares is out of judge Zurn authority. Show me one court ruling where the judge dictated to the management of a Company how/when/where they can dispense and execute the buy/sell of their company shares. Some AMC APES are delusional at best if they can run to (MOMMY) judge Zurn to tell AMC CEO and board how to manage the AMC Company on its day to day activities.
The only thing the judge can do is show that people have been defrauded and the rules/laws of SEC and the AMC Co were broken.
1. I see no rule that forbids AMC management from creating the APE shares from the Prefered Shares and selling them to whoever they want to at any price they want. Its called "the poison pill" shares. Created to prevent hostile takeover by shareholders. When we brought 90% of the float and we started to deny management the right to print more shares and pay off the bills, we became the hostile takeover shareholders.
2. I see no rule that forbids AMC management from combining 2 AMC share types into one share type and then doing a RS on the new share type.
3. AA did not have to give all AMC Common shareholders 1 APE share for every AMC Common share they owned. He was being nice about it, because he knew he would have to dilute the AMC Co. Stocks (AMC + APE) shares by selling APE shares to pay the bills. You ungreatful APES have bitched and complaint that the APE was a failure and hurt your investment. You could be sitting now with much less value in your account if AA did not give you equal shares of APES for the AMC shares you own. So instead of being pigs about it, show a little respect because he is trying to pay the $5B in debt so your shares will have a positive value. Instead of going bankrupt.

Conclusion:
Case closed, plaintiff losses on the basis they have no case or any legal violation of any securities laws or AMC Co. rules instituded by a Delware court in 2012 when AMC Co. went public. Read the filings if you dont agree with me.
Merger and RS will happen. No useless lawsuit is going to stop it. IMHO.
Accept this status and do the most you can to squeeze as much profit as you can from the APE -> AMC ARBITRATION coming soon to a theater near you.
Selling AMC and buying APE is the way I took advantage of the ARBITRATION. Hang on to your AMC shares and watch them go down 40% when the merger is done.
Everything else some youtubers are saying is delusional at best and do not have a leg to stand on their position. They are just saying what you want to hear to make you feel good while you are losing your shirt in the stock and they make money "click baiting" you to watch their BS videos.
