Companies are putting out stock offerings , and than they cancel them the next day. CJJD , ONCS...to name a couple, and the stocks are jumping 100+ % . And the SEC just lets this slide. Total manipulation. You know when an offering is announced, stock usually dumps 50%, Gee, I wonder who's buying all those cheapies. Market is so rigged
