AMC Co has 6 months of cash to stay afloat. Class action lawsuits take years to complete. This judge will drag her feet with indecision and cause AMC to default on their Bill's and destroy the AMC Co and ALL its shareholders.
If you ask me this judge smells to me of a rat working with Citadel and Virtue to bankrupt the AMC co. So they can walk away from their 20 Billion naked shorts with 100% profit TAX FREE.
If that is not a revelation to you I don't know what is. Beware of witches offering you a sweet apple to chew. Allegheny is a prompt up company working for the shorts. IMHO.
Remember this the shorts will lie, cheat, and steal to protect their money at any cost.
