Active traders who use levle2 know what they are doing and have nothing to worry about.

lol. Level 2 only shows two legs of a trade and is delayed 15 minutes at best. It's still betting blind.

Real traders use level 3. Instant real time. Which is usually more costly and available to large volume traders. Real traders on margin have features retail never sees or can use. It's not reserved for MM's or brokers any more. Lots of money gives special treatments.

Penny traders depending on delayed prices aren't really trading. They're pretending. My brokers don't even allow turn around trades in sub penny unless I have 25K sitting in the account.
