The plan and vision on how to win where it matters the most, the marketplace,

personally the marketplace is the least of my worries.

When FoxEss starts their marketing campaign SNPW will not have to do much except to answer the phone or online order, process the order and set up shipping out the products.

All getting the word out to masses will be FoxEss responsibility and expense not SNPW's.

PT.IDN Solar already has a customer base established in the US and I can't see them offering PT.IDN brand solar panels any more as they will not be eligible for the US tax incentives

I see PT.IDN replacing their solar panels sales in the US with PT.IDN solar cells in US made SNPW solar panels. Allowing them to take full advantages of US tax incentives

Where my concern is the installation part of the business. A very big expense undertaking unless they are planning to sub contract out those jobs and take a percentage of the profits.
