It would be very foolish for AA to sell APE now when he can sell them after the court hearing for much higher price. They still have plenty of cash in the bank. AA selling APE is dumber then when he sold APE at $0.60 per share giving away the AMC company to Altera.
I don't think AA is this dumb. Time will tell how dumb he really is. That's why I have my exit strategy from this loser stock run by a loser CEO.
