We can all do that.
But with Berman, it is calculated. On that info you posted...
The guy was stood in front of a custody sergeant... with the power to release or confine him... making a sworn undertaking, concerning bail... and he is comfortable to lie by ommission?

In exactly the same way, the SEC questionnaire he was provided with and asked to list all of discussion forum memberships... on p21/22 of the attached.... and he left it blank!

My 2 minutes cross check reveals that 'Plutoniumimplosion' Berman posted 5342 posts on ihub under that single alias.
And yet when interviewed under caution
and asked to list any memberships of "internet message boards or discussion forums" ...he left it blank!????
Maybe 5342 crafted messages slipped his mind? Easy done! Head like a sieve eh?
