Simple. Publication of trial data with additional analysis of other biomarkers to back up the MOA. Best case will be AA and a P4, or possibly another P3 will be required, worst case a complete failure.

Did the cabal make the equity market and specifically biotech go into a bear market?

Some like to fret and fawn over the actions of elusive cabals, but know markets go in cycles and single equities will follow when company specific news is lacking.
