IMHO

AMC Short thesis is off the table

They have some time to develop their plan

But

Sooner or later this will happen

Judge will rule

APE will convert

APE shorts will cover with Antera shares
At a price they negotiate

If there are more shorts than that then APE moves higher

Then

AMC will RS

AMC CUSIP will change

AMC price will rise

And shorts will have less shares to use.
