What next, mortgage and car payment forgiveness?

Given the holding in Collins, I could see the US Solicitor General arguing that mortgage forgiveness is "in the best interests of the FHFA and by extension the public it serves", to defend a MQD challenge to a new initiative by the FHFA to forgive some or all mortgage balances of the mortgagors the GSES insures.

Might buy enough votes to keep whichever party is in power going for another 4 years.
