Ok the earnings for 4th qtr. Are in and done…..and the expectations were not far off. If anyone expected a turnaround based on 4th qtr. You’re not living in reality. JMO
So, let me articulate my opinion on AMC and keep it simple….
1. AMC has approved 50M Preferred Shares at boards disposal. They have those shares available to them without shareholders approval….Yes without shareholder approval. They have used approx. 10M of these preferred shares with the issuance of APE approx. 1B. That means they have 40M preferred shares in their coffers….that means they have ability to issue 4B shares of AMC if they choose.
2. Let’s talk Corruption- Big Money being MM, Shorts, HF’s, etc. have ONE THESIS AND ONLY ONE BANKRUPTCY FOR AMC. In mean time the gang of corruption is using option chains, dark pools, and other schemes to push FTD’s and drive AMC’s price down….the gang has no choice but to continue to promote their thesis and create NEW FTD”S and SYNETHETICS….bottom line this gang will continue to pursue their narcissistic, greedy behavior and continue to DO ANYTHING NOT TO LOSE!!!!!! BTW these tactics proliferate the whole stock market and are not isolated to AMC. There are no white knights to come to rescue. The SEC, DTCC, politicians, regulatory bodies and not even the President of USA have any control over the gang. These tactics have been going on in the stock market unabated for years and there are no controls. Look at our counterparts in Europe and Asia they have put controls and, in some cases, forbidden short selling.
3. Adam Aron CEO of AMC- His objective is to improve P/L, EBITDA, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, reduce debt and the likes….bottom line his objective is to make AMC profitable. Making AMC profitable is death to short thesis. Adam is your WHITE KNIGHT.
IMO if you don’t do good DD and only listen to your tubers than you are not investing wisely with your money.
So again, my position is I am HOLDING STRONG MY PILE OF AMC AND APE AND YES, I VOTED YES ON ALL THREE NARRATIVES AND I AM PROUD TO HOLD MY POSITON IN AMC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
