Question, let’s say $NIOBF can get in the $3-$4 dollar a share range before the reverse split. Would this lower our R/S from starting out at $10 a share?

Answer: don’t worry about it. RS is to get us on NASDAQ. And is non-diluting. Merge w GXII is diluting, but they give us millions, so they get shares. I’m personally rooting for DOD loan for the money to get shovel in the ground, and take off agreement(s) up front payments to build on site purification facility.

I’m going to Elk Creek Tavern to help them invent a REE shot. I’ll buy a round at the ribbon cutting.
