No, this post I wrote, with supporting documentation, should shut up anyone who claims that Ackman doesn't own any prefs.

It's possible he sold them between June 30 2022 and now, but he didn't sell any since he bought a chunk of juniors in 2017-2018 and June 30 2022 so most likely he still owns them.

Page 60 of Pershing Square's 2022 investor presentation only says "FNMA" and "FMCC", but the 2022 annual report shows that he did own some juniors at the time too.

Saying that Pershing Square's investor presentation only including "FNMA" and "FMCC" (with no ticker names of the juniors) means Ackman owns no juniors is just plain lunacy, or perhaps wishful thinking.

Got legal theories no plaintiff has tried? File your own lawsuit or shut up.
