There are many ways for a company to dilute. Most common in the OTC is with shares issued to a toxic lender for loan repayments. Another is private placements to individual "investors" at a discount who then in turn sell into the open market, often times these investors are promoters. And of course, there are the lying fraudsters running these companies that use friends and family to sell large blocks of stock into the market.

FromTdbowieknife on the DD Board. Since there are no more convertible notes, I assume the reasons for big blocks of Mexus shares showing up lately are #2 and #3. Private notes being converted or family/friends dumping. Or both.
