When all this happened and so many investors left, SBFM buys Nora.

Then their next filing says we may not be able to secure additional funding.

Stock drops to like 62 cents.

Then Camille buys up some shares and the company does a share buy back of $2m. Nora CEO gets a few mil in shares and now sits at 7.4M, more than all executives, Stevey, Camille and Steve’s shell that passes IP between companies combined.

How does this help shareholders?? Cause the price ain’t gone up. Maybe a bit but it doesn’t seem like it’ll stay above $1 for 10 days.

All it has does is cause institutional hedges to sell off completely for a loss and some reduced their holdings.

This is all going down hill.
