I check out lots of stocks. You have to ferret out the scams. So far this has all the red flags of a fraud. Could be wrong. But this nonsense about a delay due to tax reasons and my accountant forgot what FY we are on is bunk. No officer or accountant forgets the FY as it takes a special filing to change it...so this yr you are what you were last yr. Very simple stuff.
