Shane gave up on the shell and resigned. The projects he developed under FCGD were moved to GYGC. The FCGD shell is awaiting a new suitor. Obviously Shane didn't like something in the share structure that wasn't compatible with his business strategy. Therefore he can't use the FCGD shell.
