Congress needs to get its damn act together and come up with a policy.....something! Do they think this is just going to magically disappear?

Both sides need this problem to stay exactly the way it is, but mostly the Republicans need it.

If there was ever a comprehensive immigration policy that could actually work, Fox and the other right wing networks would not be able to go on and on about “the caravans” every election cycle. The Democrats would not be able to condemn governors like Abbott and De Santis for the way they mistreat the people.

If the politicians knew that fixing this problem would help them, they would come up with a plan but right now both sides know it is not really beneficial politically.
