Agree with both those points... I know Tom is very pro-active with regards to soliciting grant money earmarked for alternative energy development,and in my most recent conversation with him he made of point of characterizing your average politician as posturing and talking about subsidizing alternative energy while effectively doing next to nothing.
Hopefully that will soon change,and CLME gets some of that promised assistance.
