The crowd it doesn’t matter if they don’t ever do it just like it doesn’t matter. If they don’t do the uplist the company has no money they haven’t released news in almost a year they need to get their act together or there will be no company left in a few months which maybe that’s what they want because the insiders have enough shares that they are already gotten rich, my guess would be part of the reason things are taking so long is because it’s on purpose so that they can sell shares every 90 days
