She runs the company, while the CEO is a figurehead, who is very good at mingling at parties (see video links posted here), which enables them to qualify as minority run.

Look at the history of EMXC, MPIX, and I'm forgetting for the moment the other company she "ran". Any true decent investor shouldn't even need this info. It's all there, easily found.
