It's not even negative. It's constructive criticism, and it isn't even aimed at Enzolytics, although they have final say on the site. The site was the exact same when it rolled out in May, that's saved to the Wayback machine.

Then it went down with the "coming soon" site being there for 6 months, and they come back with the same site. My opinion is they need to scrap Synergy completely... 6 MONTHS and they didn't work on the site AT ALL.

You're right about word of mouth, it will sell, I just don't want that site burned in important people's minds reflecting on everything else they are doing.
