I would think that the company would be receiving a lot of requests for conversions of debt at this time now that the share price is trending higher.

Since the holders receive a discount off the lowest bid price over the past 10 days, figure a discount off of .0004 .

I’m not necessarily saying the shares will be sold into the market but they should be converted because it would be unlikely that the bid will fall back to .0004 within the next 30 days. Debt holders need to maximize their profits too.
