I spoke to Terry a few months ago, at that time he specificially said that he was going to make PMPG a Holding Company with various companies that he already has identified. During that discussion he specifically said that NPI would be part of PMPG going forward and they had ability to raise funds where Tony Hicks failed... Saying that, I know things could have potentially changed since I last spoke to Terry. I have reached out to him recently but I have not heard back. I think Terry is aware of what Tony is trying to do and I think Terry is ensuring he is doing to protect shareholders
