Don't see any fraud. The company is doing exactly what they should be doing, building a portfolio and taking steps to provide updates to the share-owners and other entities in the bio world.

The drop is share price is totally expected as it is nothing more than sell the news. Anyone can see this is not a $3.00 stock next month, but next year, or the year after? That's why I have invested.
