The Company intends to meet the current information requirements and compliance requirements required to be
PINK CURRENT INFORMATION STATUS in as timely manner as possible through this and other filings and using
our corporate counsel, to qualify and establish compliance, sufficient to revert back to OTC PINK CURRENT Status
whereby Quotes may be listed in accordance with FINRA and OTC rules, including but not limited to, Rule 15 (c )2
(11) and others as well as having the CE status removed since it does not appl to the current company or management
and as a moot issue, in the benefit of shareholder value and interest, the CE status label - should be removed as
soon as possible.
