Actually, I most likely know way more than you as i follow court cases closely. I also have been following what is happening at the state level for securities. Unfortunately getting an email from Billy has little to do with reality. Just dig a little into Golden Crescent and smile (well you may have a big frown on your face).

You may be right in no BK, they may just not try to reorganize and just liquidate and close up shop. All IMHO only.
