Letter To Shareholders in Week to 10 days

Spoke to Robert Trinka and he indicated the update would be forthcoming soon and to look for it on the company website.

He is excited as ever about the prospects for the company and indicated many physicians are shareholders as they like the business model.

The company is operating on the insurance side in 5 states now with a goal for operations in all 50 states.

They are working to get the HMO license for Florida now.

Also, the paperwork for meeting the financial requirements and reporting requirements for moving to the OTCBB are moving smoothly.

Good time to accumulate and also to be patient with this investment for the long term. IMHO
