Companies can not issue Warrants without the Shares already being Authorized although not yet Outstanding. Not sure sure what you were trying to say here.


NWBO has done so already. It is in the latest 10Q and has been an issue for 2 years or so. The AS limit is 1.2B and the total number upon all conversion would be about 1.52B

What they cannot do is issue new shares (above the authorized limit) to back any warrant, option or preferred conversions.
