Another possibility IMO, since the 6-10 billy buyout is likely not happening - nor does it seem that my 150-300 mill buyout is happening - is a possible re alignment of shares to favour a vulture capitalist or for the company to just issue a massive amount of shares to even out against retails during the next raise. This can and has been done with past publicly listed companies in an effort to shift voting power back in favour of management.

Who needs retails if you have enough manufactured votes for a RS?
That type of massive equity raise followed by another RS just might be the final 1-2 punch in the nuts for retails scoopers.
