Reverse split can happen in 3 weeks. The company has 4 options.

1) Do Nothing
2) Do an A/S Increase and no RS
3) Do an RS and no A/S Increase
4) Do both.

Now yesterday I read this - "If at all",



but continue on and see this



Sounds like company is leaning towards doing a Reverse Split, but on the fence. Don't they realize how fast this will fall back down to 0.0003 if they do. If they had shown substantial revenue to back it up that would be another story. They are trying to move way too fast. If they take the 65M A/S, that would be a temporary dip and bounce back rather quick, if they can prove good use for the dilution in future filings.

Perhaps if enough investors complain they will change their mind about the RS. That could be a possibility, so with that being said, I plan on selling 30M of my 50M shares soon and letting the 20M ride. My average is 0.000337. See what happens. Would of been nice to sell at least at 0.0003. What a shame.
