Based on the judge’s questions and responses, It seemed to me that PM counsel did a better job articulating their arguments. HCMC counsel mainly argued the definition of combustion, the clarity of combustion in the patents, and citing case law to prove why PM should be denied bc they can’t prove what grounds of petition. Im not an attorney and I hope I’m wrong but it seems that the only leg HCMC has are the technical part of the law. Fingers crossed they win the patent review bc i think that would give a chance on lawsuit. IMO $HCMC
