See if you can a feel him out as to how a vertical spin off might be structured um with lets say lidar, a company called NoHands approaches Lightwave, and New company is formed called NoHandsWave, Lightwave shareholders are compensated say $1-$5 per share (currently 112 Million shares) and 1-5 Shares (whatever) in the new venture. Each shareholder would receive a couple bucks and shares in another entity. The New company would handle the funding for R&D, Patents, Sales etc. and has the rights to the Polymer Lidar Market going forward and it buys its Proprietary Polymers from Lightwave.

Something like that is a Win/Win/Win.

That would open the eyes of the market because while we are currently focused on telecommunications, data communications and data centers there a multitude of other industrial and consumer products.

Here “While our initial focus is to address data communications and telecommunications network applications along with cloud computing/data center needs, we believe that in the future we will have additional opportunities to address other applications such as: backplane optical interconnects, photovoltaic cells, medical applications, satellite reconnaissance, navigation systems, radar applications, optical filters, spatial light modulators; and all-optical switches.”

See Slide 16 at the 6:00 mark (grayed out areas) LWLG is not currently focusing on but are Directly applicable,,,,,

Automotive Lidar,
Optical sensing /3D,
Bio-Photonic sensing,
